About SAMCO
SAMCO is the parent company of SAMCO Painting & Decorating and SAMCO Builders Inc. Together they build, renovate, and finish homes and properties across California.
Who we are
SAMCO is a family of licensed California contractors based in Millbrae, led by founder and president Sam Elbedewi. We serve homeowners, property managers, and businesses in Northern and Southern California.
SAMCO began with SAMCO Painting & Decorating. SAMCO Builders Inc. followed as a licensed general building contractor, so that construction and finishing could sit inside one family instead of being handed between strangers. Today a client can design and build with one company and finish with the other, with the same standard on both sides.
How our companies relate
SAMCO sets the standard. Each company carries its own license, crews, and expertise.
The values we work by
Quality, reliability, and honesty are the values each member of this family lives by.
Quality
Work that is done properly the first time, with materials suited to the job.
Reliability
We show up, communicate clearly, and do what we said we would do.
Honesty
Straight answers about scope, schedule, and cost, before the work starts and while it is underway.
Our clients are our partners in success. If we fail any of our clients, we fail our vision.
